Flawless Clinic has a relaxing atmosphere, is very professional and modern. I came for vitamin B12 injection as a part of my wellness treatment. I had a consultation there before to discuss my health history and any specific needs or concerns. I will come back there soon for sure. I would highly recommend Flawless Clinic to anyone. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Most aesthetic clinics measure success in bookings. We measure it in the things we didn't do.

Below is what patient-first decisions actually mean at Flawless Clinic — including three treatments I declined recently, and why I'd rather lose the booking than your trust.
I trained and worked in the NHS before moving into aesthetics. That background still shapes everything I do at Flawless. In the NHS, you aren't there to sell. You're there to assess what's in front of you and decide what's actually appropriate. I've never let go of that.
In practice, it means a few things. I don't have booking targets. I don't have a quota of treatments to push each week. The way the clinic is set up is so that I can give you the same kind of honest assessment you'd want from any healthcare professional — and then leave the choice with you.
The phrase gets used a lot in this industry, so it's worth spelling out what it actually means here.
A consultation is a consultation, not a sales meeting. We'll tell you what we think honestly, even if that's “not yet”, “not this”, or “not at all”. I'll talk you out of a treatment as readily as I'll talk you through one — and I'll do it without making you feel small for asking.
We won't perform a treatment that isn't right for you.
Each of these is a real, anonymised example from the consultation room. Names and details are kept out — the point is the decision and the reasoning behind it.

Aesthetic Practitioner with an NHS clinical background. Working with a registered external prescriber for prescription-only treatments.
A client asked for more lip filler. I declined at the time because the lips were already overfilled, and I didn't feel that adding more would be safe or give a nice result. We talked through what I was seeing and what could be considered later.
A client asked for anti-wrinkle treatment. I declined because she mentioned she was pregnant or breastfeeding, and I don't carry out that treatment under those circumstances. It's a hard line — there's no urgency that justifies treating in that window.
A client asked for a skin booster. I declined because it had been too soon since her last treatment — I wanted to allow more time for proper healing before doing anything further. The treatment will still be there in a few weeks.
The consultation is the most important part of what we do. Not the treatment that may follow it.
You'll come in, we'll talk through what you're hoping to address and why. I'll ask about your medical history, any medications, anything that may affect treatment suitability, and what you've had done before (if anything). I'll examine the area in good light, take photographs if they'll help us track changes over time, and tell you what I'm seeing.
For prescription-only treatments — anti-wrinkle being the main one — the prescription itself is reviewed and issued by a registered external prescriber I work with, not by me. I'll explain that part of the process during the consultation so there's no surprise.
Then I'll tell you what I'd recommend, what I'd advise against, and what I'd wait on. You don't need to decide on the spot. There's no pricing pressure inside the room. The consultation page walks through this in more detail.
Some of these are clinical lines, some are ethical ones. They're all firm — and they're shared up-front so there's no awkwardness on the day.
We don't carry out injectable treatments during pregnancy or while breastfeeding — the risk-benefit calculation isn't close enough.
If I think a face has had too much done already, we'll talk through what may be happening and I may suggest giving the area time before any further work.
Some consultations are also a chance for me to check whether an aesthetic treatment is actually the answer to what's being asked.
The honest version: yes, this approach costs the clinic bookings. That's the point. A consultation that ends in “not today” is doing the job correctly, even though it's a missed sale on paper.
The trade is that the patients who do go ahead, go ahead with a clear sense of why. They come back. They tell other people. The clinic builds slowly and on a base I can stand behind. That matters more to me than a packed treatment day.
Without naming names — because that isn't the point — there are a few signals worth paying attention to when you're choosing where to be treated.
None of this is unique to one clinic. It's a way of working we chose not to adopt — and it's the easiest way to tell whether another practice is built around your decision or theirs.
I'll tell you why, and I'll try to explain it in a way that feels respectful rather than dismissive. If there's a different treatment that may suit your situation better, we'll talk through that instead. If there isn't, I'd rather you leave the consultation without a treatment than leave with one you didn't need.
Yes. I won't just refuse — I'll walk you through what I'm seeing, why I think the treatment isn't right for this situation, and what (if anything) might be more appropriate. You should leave the consultation understanding the decision, not just hearing it.
Sometimes, yes. If your concern is outside what I treat, or if I think someone else's protocol may suit you better, I'll say so. The clinic is built around what's right for you, not what keeps you here.
It's a fair question. The honest answer is that I don't have booking targets or commission, and the consultation itself is the same regardless of what (if anything) we go on to do. The most genuine reassurance, though, is that you'll see it in how the conversation runs — there's no script and no rush to commit.
Appointments need to be cancelled through the booking system or in writing at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If notice isn't given inside that window, the deposit is retained. We don't operate a refund policy due to the nature of the business — but you can rebook your deposit toward a future appointment if you've cancelled in time.
Book a consultation. There's no pressure to treat — and you may leave with a smaller plan than you walked in expecting. That's fine. That's the point.
