The Honest Version
What treatment does — and what it doesn't

Honest Disclosure
Heavy brow and eyebrow ptosis — what to know
A small number of people experience a feeling of brow heaviness in the first 1–2 weeks after treatment around the brow area. More rarely, the brow may sit slightly lower than normal — an effect known as ptosis (drooping). Both of these effects are temporary; they resolve as the treatment wears off.
We mention this not because it's common, but because YMYL discipline asks us to. If you've experienced either effect after treatment elsewhere, tell me at the consultation — we'll discuss whether dose calibration or alternative placement is sensible.
Aftercare
The first 14 days after treatment
For the rest of treatment day, avoid heavy exercise, lying flat, prolonged heat (saunas, very hot showers), and rubbing or massaging the area. Most other normal activity is fine.
Softening usually begins around day 3, with the full effect visible by around day 14. We'll book a brief two-week review so we can look at the result together and decide whether anything needs adjusting at next visit.
